Thanksgiving 2014

This year we are very thankful once again that we got to spend time with family.  Grandma, Pop Pop and Uncle Peter were here visiting from FL and we had a great time with them!  As usual we all ate too much, drank too much and did the perfect amount of relaxing and enjoying each other!  Oh and Alex, Peter and I made some time for a Spa day while Grandma and Pop Pop took the kids to Catch Air!  Woo hoo!  It was a fun few days!

5 Years Old!

Cupcakes for breakfast, presents from NJ, the morning at Legoland and lunch at the Varsity with his friend Brody, dinner at Ruths Chris with Grandma, Pop Pop and Uncle Peter!! And he loved running through his football banner in the morning!  Dylan had a great 5th Birthday!  

At 5 years old he is a very big boy!  He weighs 63.5 pounds and is 3 foot 10 1/4 inches!  He's in the 99.7% for weight and 97%  for height and we couldn't love every inch or pound more!  He is football crazy - he's either playing tackle football or two hand touch with all our neighbors, playing a game of it on his Kindle or watch a game on TV!  He's smart, funny and still loves to sing and preform!  

We have one cool little dude and are beyond blessed God gave us him to us!

Celebrating "5" With School Friends!

Today Dylan got to celebrate his 5th birthday at school with all his friends.  We brought in pizza and football cupcakes and the kids all really seemed to enjoy it!

Halloween!

We love Halloween so much, mostly because Mimi comes and carves our pumpkins!  She's a rock star pumpkin carver and then she hangs home and hands out all the candy!  This year AJ was Batgirl and Dylan Batman - may be the only year I can get them to dress up in coordinating outfits!

We always love when Mimi visits and wish she'd never leave!  We shop till we drop, eat lots of yummy meals and enjoy the love only a Grandma can give!

We had a fun night and our girls and us coaches did great!!  Go Falcons!!

Nashville

This past weekend we headed off to Nashville to celebrate 10 years married!  We had SO much fun.  We stayed at the Hotel Indigo in downtown Nashville and do so many fun things!  First thing we did when we got there was we got some boot!  Authentic cowboy boots!  Happy Anniversary to us!! That day we took a hilarious pink bus tour - the ladies were so crude, so dirty and SO funny.  We had a nice dinner then hit up the honkey tonks which were SO MUCH FUN!  The next day we visited the Gaylord Opryland Hotel which was SO beautiful and saw the Ryman where The Grand Ole Opry was first done!  We had another great dinner and then of course went back for some more honkeytonkin!  Our last day we cheer on our Mountaineers to a big win against Baylor and then walked around a bit downtown before heading back for naps before a beautiful dinner inside the SUPER BEAUTIFUL Union Station Hotel which used to be a train station.

Nashville is such a fun city and we will be back again soon!  Hotel Indigo was beautiful and we had a incredible weekend!  I even met Elvis!
