May/June Summer Fun at the Pool!

Father's Day 2014

Wishing my husband and best friend in the world the Happiest Fathers Day! AJ, Dylan, Benson, Patch and I are beyond blessed you are ours! You are the most selfless man I know - you always put us first and our happiness has always been your top priority. Thank you for all you do for our family! I hope we gave you a special day - you deserve that and so much more! Love you more than words!

We started the day off with chocolate chip pancakes, bacon and eggs then hit up the pool!  We came home and relaxed a bit before I cooked up a gigantic ribeye, lobster tails with drawn butter, creamed spinach, au gratin potatoes and salad!  Alex got a new bathing suit, a tie dye shirt to match ours and a bunch of reeses peanut butter cups and some homemade cards.  Hope his day was as special as he is to us!

First Frog!

I caught my first frog last night!  I think Georgia is rubbing off on me nicely!  The kids have caught many baby ones but this one was big!  I think I am pretty cool!

AJ FINALLY lost her second tooth and the tooth fairy made it back - it took so long the adult one was completely grown in behind it - she has a shark tooth!  

Here is the cute note she wrote, and NO she didn't get $20!  She got $10 ONLY because that was all I had in my wallet - I promise every other tooth will be $1 or less!  She's been negotiating for weeks for $20 I kept telling her maybe $5 if it came out her birthday week!

Zac Brown Band

Last night Alex and I went to our first summer concert of the year and we had a BLAST - Zac Brown puts on a awesome show - he played all his awesome stuff and did some really good covers - Comfortably Numb, Times Like These, You Don't Have to Call Me Darlin, Piano Man, Into the Mystic, Enter Sandman and Devil Went Down to GA!  AWESOME!

First day of Summer Camp

Today the kids had their first day of sumer camp and they had a blast!  They are going 3 days a week to Gym World of GA - each week there is a theme, they do arts and crafts, water play, water slides, pools, slip and slides, games, gymnastics, tie dying, cupcake making, eat popsicles, go on pony rides - it's going to be a fun summer for them at camp!
