Spinach Lasagna Rolls

1 Package Lasagna
1 container ricotta
10 oz chopped frozen spinach, defrosted and drained of water
1 egg
3 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated parmesan
fresh ground pepper
1 jar of your favorite marinara (mines Rao's)

Boil you lasagna, drain and lay on wax paper to dry (you probably will only use about 9-10 but it's good to make all unbroken ones incase any break or rip). Mix ricotta, egg, spinach, 1/2 the mozz, parmesan and pepper. Spread some mixture down the middle of each lasagna strip and roll up. Place some marinara on the bottom of a baking dish and then put your rolls in with the end of the roll down. Top with more marinara some extra grated parmesan and there rest of your mozz. Cover with foil and bake in oven preheated to 350 for about 30-45 minutes.
