Corned Beef & Cabbage Baked in a Beer

1 bottle of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
1 corned beef rubbed with spicy brown mustard
1 head of cabbage cut into 4 chunks
4 carrots peeled and cut up
2 large potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
1 large onion cut up into chunks

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Place the corned beef into a Corningware Dish and poor a bottle of beer around it. Cover tightly with foil and cook in the oven for about 3 hours. After 3 hours remove from oven and add the cabbage, onions, carrots and potatoes. Cover and place back into the oven and cook another hour. Remove from oven and baste everything with the liquid, turn heat on oven up to 400 and then bake another 1/2 hour to 1 hr to brown the fat! Awesome & easy all in one meal!
