Tonight Alex and I had an at home date night! Both kids were asleep by 7 PM & we watched a movie, drank some wine and ate some antipasto! It was a great night and the antipasto was SO good - being that it's not summer, I haven't had fresh basil in a while and boy did I enjoy every bit of it!
