So easy, yet so delicious!
All you need to do is melt about a half a stick of butter in a pan and then fry the filet's in it till desired doneness (just make sure to not over turn them, you want the butter to really brown up the outside for good flavor) - as you'll see from the pics, we like ours pretty rare! Plate them, then dump the butter left in the pan over them! We felt kind guilty about all the butter so we had ours with a salad (complete with roasted peppers, sun dried tomatoes, olives, red onion, black olives and mozz cheese chunks)! I would totally recommend some good Italian bread to soak up some of the butter/juices, but like I said, we already felt too guilty (if we weren't going to St. Croix in 2 weeks we would have gone for it!)
