Ginger Chicken & Noodles

1.5 lbs chicken breast sliced into chunks
soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp grated garlic
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
hand full frozen green beans
hand full frozen broccoli
pound of whole wheat spaghetti

Bring big pot of water with a dash of salt to a boil for spaghetti. Heat both oils to a high heat in large skillet and brown chicken. Add spaghetti to pot and cook till done (about 10 minutes). While the spaghetti is cooking and when the chicken is browned add carrot, onion and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. Next add the frozen green beans, broccoli, garlic, ginger and a few squirts of soy sauce. Add in the spaghetti when it's done and toss well. DELISH!
