1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/2 medium onion chopped
2 tbs fresh chopped parsley & basil
Place the thighs in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Top with chopped onion, parsley, basil, salt & pepper and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. We had ours with some rice pilaf and the onion rings I posted about the other day! Delicious!
