Teriyaki Sirloin, Rice & Roasted Garlic Gus!

1 1/2 lb Sirloin Steak
Teriyaki marinade
Asparagus
Garlic
Melted Butter
Cooked rice (we had Near East Original Rice Pilaf which is really yummy)

Marinate the steak in the teriyaki sauce for a few hours in a zip lock bag. Preheat broiler and place steak on a broiling pan - cook in the broiler for about 5 minutes, turn only once and then cook for about 5 minutes longer (Alex & I like our steaks rare). Remove from the broiler and let rest for about 10 minutes with a tent of foil over it. To make the asparagus, lay it in a dish and cover with some melted butter and chopped garlic - cook in the oven for about 15 minutes. We had ours with some rice with some fried mushrooms and onions on it!

Great dinner and the meat was SO SO SO much more tender (and expensive) then london broil!
